Morrison Bandira Paraens

Paraense is wanted by State Parole agents for violating the conditions of his parole. Paraense is a registered sex offender who has a criminal history of sexual assault, failure to register as a sex offender, numerous narcotic offenses, possession of a loaded firearm, robbery, assault with a deadly weapon on a peace officer, and first degree burglary.  Paraense is transient and is known to frequent downtown San Diego.

Nelson is wanted by State Parole agents for violating the conditions of his parole. Nelson has a criminal history of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14, failure to register as a sex offender, and terrorist threats.  Nelson was released from Donovan State Prison on July 16th, 2011 and has not reported to his parole agent as instructed.  Nelson has a transient history and is known to frequent downtown San Diego, areas along Friars Road, and has been contacted  in Del Mar and Spring Valley.  Nelson has many different appearances however the large mole under his left eye is very distinguishable.

Frank Medina

Medina is wanted by State Parole Agents for violating the conditions of his parole.  He is currently on parole for PC 288 Lewd Acts with Child and PC 261 Rape.  The victim was a 14 year old girl.  Medina has a criminal history that includes possession of weapons.  He has reportedly stated that he will not go back to prison and is considered armed and dangerous.  He may be fleeing to Los Angeles County or Mexico, where he has additional family.

Hunter is wanted by State Parole agents for violating the conditions of his parole.  Hunter has a criminal history of murder, two forcible rapes and is a known local gang member. Hunter was paroled on 4/24/11 after serving the last 15 years in prison; he immediately absconded.  Hunter is believed to be in San Diego, but due to his length of incarceration, it is not known where he may frequent. He is listed as a transient required to report to the Kurtz Street parole office.

Roser is a high risk parolee at large wanted by State Parole agents for absconding.  Roser has a history of burglary and unlawful sex with a minor.  Roser’s condition of Parole is to not have contact with minors.  Roser is known to frequent the East County area of San Diego.
