Baker is wanted by State Parole agents for violating the conditions of his parole; he has two no-bail felony warrants issued by CA State Parole and SD County Probation. Baker is known to use crack cocaine, meth, and PCP. All of his previous arrests have been in downtown San Diego: 300 Ash, 300 C St., 400 9th Ave, 103 Horton Place, 1100 C St., 29th and Commercial, and 26th and Island.  Baker uses multiple aliases. Most recently, he used Vincent Johnson (DOB: 8/24/73). He has a long history of False ID to police. His appearance can change significantly over several months. Baker is likely frequenting downtown San Diego and may be transient in that area

Baker’s criminal history includes burglary, false ID to police, petty theft, escape from jail with force/violence, possession of dangerous weapons, robbery, vehicle theft, battery, domestic violence, assault with a deadly weapon, terrorist threats, grand theft, and multiple narcotic related offenses.  

Morgan is wanted by State Parole agents for violating the conditions of his parole. Morgan's commitment offense is Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Chesa is wanted by State Parole agents for violating the conditions of his parole. Chesa is wanted for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Casillas is wanted by State Parole agents for violating the conditions of her parole. Casillas has a criminal history including multiple auto thefts, assault with a deadly weapon, burglary, robbery, possession of stolen property, and multiple narcotic related offenses. Casillas is known to frequent the Logan Heights area of San Diego.       

Borjorquez is wanted by State Parole Agents for violating the conditions of his parole.  He is classified at the High Control level of supervision.  Borjorquez is a Barrio Trece Gang Member with the moniker of “Lazy”.  He has been absconding supervision since June 27th, 2011 after walking away from a residential treatment facility.  Borjorquez has ties to the Los Angeles area. 

Montalvo is wanted by State Parole agents for violating the conditions of his parole. Montalvo is a documented gang member with a criminal history of assault with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest, and numerous felony narcotic related offenses.  Montalvo is known to frequent the East San Diego area.   

Salas is wanted by State Parole Agents for violating the conditions of his parole.  He absconded supervision during a Board of Parole mandated drug treatment program.  He has a history of robbery, assault with deadly weapon, and assault with deadly weapon on Peace Officer.  He may be residing in the South San Diego and has relatives living in San Ysidro.

Ballard is wanted by State Parole Agents for absconding and  violating the conditions of her parole.  She is a High Control Parolee with a commitment offense of Assault with Force/GBI and has a lengthy criminal history that includes cocaine and marijuana use, battery and assault, weapons possession, and battery on a Peace Officer. Ballard has family in the City Heights area of San Diego. 

Anguiano is wanted by State Parole agents for violating the conditions of his parole. Anguiano has a criminal history of possession of a dangerous weapon, assault with a deadly weapon, grand theft, auto theft, possession of stolen property, numerous felony narcotic offenses, and resisting arrest.  Anguiano is known to frequent the area around 4th Street in National City.   

Eagle is wanted by State Parole agents for violating the conditions of his parole. Eagle has a criminal history of burglary, possession of a firearm, battery, stolen property, terrorist threats, domestic violence, assault with a deadly weapon, and resisting arrest.  Eagle goes by the name of “Swift Eagle” who is known to hang out in Alpine and El Cajon; also frequents the Viejas, Barona, and Sycuan Indian reservations.

Ceja is wanted by State Parole agents for violating the conditions of his parole. Ceja has a criminal history of battery with serious bodily injuries. Ceja was parolled in Oxnard, but is known to frequent San Diego.

Martinez is wanted by State Parole agents for violating the conditions of his parole. Martinez has a criminal history of burglary, possession of a deadly weapon, auto theft, stolen property, and narcotic related offenses.  Martinez is a documented National City gang member who is known to hang out in National City and Chula Vista.

Martinez is known to carry weapons and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Vital is wanted by State Parole Agents for violating the conditions of his parole.  He is currently on parole for PC 207(A) Kidnap, pled down from his original charges of Corporal Injury to Spouse, Exhibit Deadly Weapon: Not a Firearm, False Imprisonment with Violence and Rape spouse by force/fear.  Vital has family in Mexico and could be residing in Tijuana Mexico.

Olivas is wanted by State Parole agents for violating the conditions of his parole. Olivas has a history of felony domestic violence (assault with force causing great bodily injury) and narcotic related charges.  He is a known transient throughout San Diego.

Burns is wanted by the San Diego Fugitive Task Force for armed robbery, see details on robbery below.  Burns has a prior criminal history for robbery, possession of stolen property and narcotic related offenses; he has a $100,000 warrant for robbery, burglary, assault with a deadly weapon, and grand theft.  Burns is known to frequent the San Carlos area of San Diego.

Torres is wanted by State Parole Agents for violating the conditions of his parole. Torries is a gang member with a criminal history that includes violence, possessing deadly weapons, terrorist threats, as well as methamphetamine and marijuana offenses. He is known to frequent the San Ysidro area in San Diego, CA.
