When you contact Crime Stoppers, you are communicating with a civilian-run, nonprofit organization.

We will take the information you provide and immediately hand it over to the law enforcement agency responsible.

You will be completely anonymous. We don't trace or track calls. Your IP address will not be recorded. Your text message will be scrambled and encrypted twice before it gets to us.

You will be given a secret code that you will use at a later date to find out if you are eligible for a reward. You must keep this secret code to communicate with us in the future. If you are eligible for a reward you will use this code to receive your cash reward.

When a reward of more than $1,000 is advertised, it is sponsored by a different organization. Some of those cases pay the reward on arrest and conviction. Some of those rewards are paid by check and are not anonymous. The only way you are eligible to receive a reward from Crime Stoppers is by contacting us directly.
